Real Select International (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has a privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this policy”) on how we handle information (hereinafter referred to as “customer information”) which includes personal information from which we acquire from providing services (hereinafter referred to as “the service”) such as purchasing/selling properties, introducing real estate and investment projects, consulting, and after-sales services.

Our company acquires the following customer information through our services.

  • Various types of information including information that can be used to identify individuals provided by customers in accordance with our prescribed procedures
  • Information about the customer obtained in connection with the use of the service

The Company will use the Customer Information acquired by the Company for the following purposes (hereinafter referred to as “Usage Purpose”).

The Company will not provide customer information to third parties without the prior consent of the customer, except when disclosure is permitted based on the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws. However, this does not apply to the following cases.

  • When usage is necessary to execute certain actions required for our business operation.
  • When we are requested to use the information for the customer such as getting service, product information, review, seminar application, and etc.
  • Other cases that are permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws

Personal information held by the Company can be requested to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend use, etc. from the customer or the agent of the customer. When requested, we may respond in accordance with laws and regulations and our prescribed method, and may ask for payment of fees, etc.

The Company shall review the operational status regarding the handling of customer information from time to time and strive for continuous improvement, and may change this policy as necessary. Any change will be reflected on the website.
However, in the case of a change in content that requires the customer’s consent by law, the customer’s consent shall be obtained by the method prescribed by the Company.
